Last time I was pregnant, I made my first February Lady. It was pink, and beautiful, and soft, but the angora shed something fierce, and after freezing it, trying to wash out the fuzz, and failing, I had to throw it out. (I know, there is something very wrong about throwing away a handknit sweater, no matter how awful.)
But, in it's place, I now have a new, non-fuzzy blue version of this great pattern. It's great for going around the belly, and I look forward to wearing it in the spring too, sans belly. And the buttons are really delighting me right now.
Now, on to Christmas crafting for others! What are you making for gifts this year?

How awful to have to throw a hand knit sweater away. This new one looks beautiful. Still working on Christmas crafting here.

The buttons go really well and I love the colour.
Only gift I'm making for Christmas is a cardigan for my mum, I'm afraid xmas appeared too quickly this year for me to get much gift knitting done:)

I love that cardigan - the colour is gorgeous! It's probably a really silly question but I am new to your blog so -Where did you get the pattern? :)
