On the needles: a Tweed Baby Blanket, for my almost one-year old girl....
In the library: First Things magazine. I'm trying to make myself do more critical-thinking type/current-affairs reading. It will be worth the effort, though I feel that childrearing has killed some braincells here!

Cheers to you for working those brain cells. I, too, feel that I lost some with the pitter patter of little feet! Happy reading and knitting!

I really love that blanket. I am looking for a blanket pattern for my new fall baby. I clicked on your link and the download patterns button was not working...I really want to buy that pattern. That looks so cute!!

Pretty blanket :) My brain cells have been dulled over time too.

Oh child rearing has definitely killed braincells over here as well. I usually read two books at a time, and one of them is not child-related, to combat the braincells dying...

I've considered First Things for my daughter, do you like it or is it really like assigned reading to you?
